From a new Testarossa that’s attracting an army of haters to a first-ever EV that could attract even more, Ferrari has been making some controversial decisions lately. But if you don’t like what Maranello is doing, you can always order off-menu.

Ferrari’s One-Off programs gives customers with enough cash the ability to commission their own unique Ferrari. And one customer chose to give the mid-engine, non-hybrid V8 an encore. The HC25 is based on the F8 Spider, reclothing that car’s chassis and powertrain in new bodywork created by the same Ferrari Design Studio team responsible for the automaker’s current range. The design draws inspiration from that lineup—specifically, the F80 and 12Cilindri.

You can still get a twin-turbo V8 in the Ferrari Amalfi, but that option went away for the automaker’s entry-level mid-engine model when the F8 was replaced by the 296 GTB. The HC25 has the same 3.9-liter engine as the F8 Spider, producing the same 710 horsepower and 567 pound-feet of torque. The manufacturer-estimated zero to 62 mph time is also unchanged, at 2.9 seconds.

What has changed is every inch of bodywork. The press release calls the HC25 an “ideal bridge” between the F8 underpinnings and the styling direction Ferrari has chosen for its latest pride-and-joys. The proportions of the F8 are still there, but the relentless focus on aerodynamics that dominated Ferrari design at the time has been softened. As with the F80 and 12Cilindri, the aerodynamic elements are less obvious, and some features even seem to be there simply because they look nice.

Engine air intakes and vents are hidden in a black ribbon that wraps around the middle of the car, complemented by a large black graphic on the hood and the typical Ferrari mesh surfaces around the rear fascia. The two-tone bodywork is further highlighted by the use of matte Moonlight Grey paint and a gloss finish for the blacked-out surfaces. The headlights were made specifically for this car and sport extra-slim lenses. Vertical daytime running lights—a first for Ferrari—blend with the leading edges of the front fenders.

The interior, however, is mostly unchanged from the F8 Spider donor car—right down to the round air vents that protrude from the dashboard like jet exhaust nozzles. A gray-and-black color scheme (with splashes of yellow) gives it some specialness while mirroring the exterior. Anyway, if this was my car, I’d be paying less attention to the dashboard fixtures than to the sound of the V8 just a few inches from my ears.

We’ve seen a few one-off specs of the Pagani Utopia since production began. The Coyote comes in a special livery, while the Utopia Roadster “La Nonna” gets subtle exterior modifications. Now, another one-off Utopia has been spotted prior to delivery.

The latest one-off Pagani Utopia has a gold exterior. It’s a single-tone spec with minimal exposed carbon fibre surfaces. The unique bit on this particular example, though, is its headlights. A closer inspection of the spy images reveals Huayra R-style units. Unlike the regular Utopia, which has dual LED projectors housed inside a glass casing, this car has a body-coloured housing with exposed projectors.

We don’t expect any mechanical changes, though. It will be powered by a 6.0-liter twin-turbo V12 engine, which produces 864 hp @ 6000 rpm and 811 lb-ft of torque @ 2800-5900 rpm. Pagani offers a choice of a 7-speed automated manual and a proper H-pattern manual transmission.

Porsche Carrera GT values are hovering around the $3-3.5 million mark in 2026. But, when a rare, Paint-to-Sample (PTS) version comes up for sale, you can expect it to sell for a lot more than that.

One of these rare Carrera GTs went under the hammer at Broad Arrow Auctions this weekend. It is not only one of the 19 PTS cars ever produced but also the only Carrera GT finished in Gulf Blue. It’s no surprise that it went for a record $6.7 million.

The Carrera GT looks stunning in the sky blue shade. It is paired with yellow brake calipers. The interior is special too, with Ascot Brown leather upholstery all around. It also comes with a matching luggage set.

Powering the Carrera GT is a glorious 5.7-liter naturally aspirated V10 that puts out 603 hp and 435 lb-ft of torque. It is paired with a 6-speed manual transmission, with power going to the rear axle. This car has just 2,807 miles on the clock.

20 years ago, Dr. Ferdinand Karl Piech dreamt of a new supercar that would not only set new performance benchmarks, but would also create an entirely new category of hypercars. Today, Bugatti has revealed a new one-off model in honor of this visionary engineer and head of the VW Group who conceived the legendary Veyron.

Created under the Solitaire programme, the Bugatti FKP Hommage pays tribute to the contributions of Dr. Piech, with a design that’s heavily inspired by the original Veyron 16.4.

As expected, the FKP Hommage is more like a restomod of the Veyron. The car features a similar shape with smooth surfaces all around. It has a three-dimensional horseshoe grille, machined from a solid block of aluminium, horizontal headlamp units and four circular LED taillights. The polished wheels, too, have a familiar design.

Unlike the original Veyron, which had a cream interior, the FKP Hommage uses brown interior upholstery. The dashboard, although new, is clearly inspired by the Veyron. Bugatti has also integrated a 41 mm Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Tourbillon timepiece into the dashboard.

The Bugatti FKP Hommage is based on the Chiron. It is powered by the latest and greatest iteration of the 8.0-liter W16 engine, which makes 1600 hp.
